Muffin Mix: 1 Cup
Water or Milk: 1/3 Cup
Bake Time (in minutes): 17 to 22
For 6 Muffins
Muffin Mix: 1 1/2 Cups
Water or Milk: 1/2 Cup
Bake Time (in minutes): 17 to 22
For 8 Muffins
Muffin Mix: 2 Cups
Water or Milk: 2/3 Cup
Bake Time (in minutes): 19 to 24
For 12 Muffins
Muffin Mix: 3 Cups
Water or Milk: 1 Cup
Bake Time (in minutes): 19 to 24
Instructions:
1 Heat oven to 400°F for aluminum pan or 375°F for nonstick pan.
Place paper baking cups in muffin cups, or grease bottoms of each muffin cup.
2 Spoon mix into dry-ingredient measuring cup; level with knife.
3 Stir amounts of Muffin Mix and water in medium bowl until well blended.
Divide batter among muffin cups (little less than 1/4 cup each).
4 Bake as directed in chart or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Carefully remove from pan (if muffins are not in paper cups, run knife around sides before removing).
Betty’s Tip: If making 4 to 8 muffins in a toaster oven, baking times may need to be adjusted
